I started GMSL Business Solutions because it allows me to assist others with their tax and financial needs. It's a great feeling helping clients with their taxes, as well as providing them with financial expertise, so they can achieve their goals.
His Story
Mr. Liza has over 25 years of business experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, forensic accounting, and public accounting (tax & audit). He is a federally authorized tax practitioner (empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury) and a business strategist.

Mr. Liza began his career in investment banking specializing in mergers and acquisitions of multimillion-dollar companies. From there he went on to work in forensic accounting where he assisted attorneys in financial cases. He then joined one of the top 50 CPA firms where he worked closely with clients on tax and audit matters. Most recently he worked for a multi-national agricultural company, where he established the Financial Planning and Analysis function from the ground up, helping them grow into a billion-dollar enterprise.
Mr. Liza holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, is an IRS Enrolled Agent and is fluent in Spanish. Originally from Los Angeles, he now lives in SWFL with his wife and son, and is a sports enthusiast.
